Well I hate to admit it but it was all my fault. The parent VM flipped out after an update and forced a repair upon startup and it restored the machine back to before I installed the view client agent. I re-installed the tools but not the agent so that was the issue all along.
You would think the connect server would of told me that via an error but it did not.
Once I got the agent installed I reconfigured the comp to use MAK and set the reg key to not activate everytime and it worked like a champ!
