Yes I am running on Debiani 7 (SID). The Power on to BIOS when the VM is not shared appears to be grayed out. However I have a severe visual problem (which should be somewhat helped in a month) -so I can't be certain. However when I share both CentOS and Ubuntu 13.10 I have no problem powering on to the BIOS and removing the legacy floppy disk - which had showed up in the Ubuntu Launcher Power on to BIOS is a great feature. Available before but you had to edit the vmx file to increase the boot time.
