I filed one internal ticket to track this issue: 1048630 and I would reproduce this issue on my local environment.
In the meanwhile, please help collect diagnostic information referring to this KB article: http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1003894 besides Darius' suggestion to disconnect USB device.
